The DSZ EEO Update Training will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2018 in our Rosslyn Office. Please mark your calendars now so that you may attend this workshop.
As always, you can obtain your 8 hour update training from any recognized vendor. If you attend an alternative update training seminar, please forward your update training certificate to me. You will need an updated training certificate on file by December 31, 2018.
Additional information regarding this training will be sent to Investigators.

We are required to complete an annual security and Privacy Awareness update training.
An email will be sent to you from Litmos.com (DSZ & Associates system@litmos.com) with instructions on how to compete this online training. The training will take about an hour to compete.
Once you have completed the courses, a certificate can be downloaded for your records (click on the course – Achievements – download certificate)
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND…The training is mandatory and must be completed by October 31, 2019.

During the current Email migration we might experience server and connection issues. If you are having problems, please use the webmail console via https://www.intermedia.net/login to access your email.
To connect your mobile (iOS, Android) and desktop mail client (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail) you must update the server settings. The server information has changed from mail15.intermedia.net to mail084-va-1.exch084.serverdata.net. In general there is no need to re-install the mail account.

Currently there are Spam Email circulating that use old usernames or passwords and threaten to expose users of Porn sites.
Do NOT engage or reply to any of the senders and threats. More information about the current blackmailing Emails can be found here.

DC Office Service Interruption: The Arlington office will move to a new location. The move date is scheduled for April 28th, 2018. Effective April 30, 2018, our new suite number will be 170. We will experience disruptions in our internet/telephone service starting April 26, 2018.

Software Updates: Mozilla Thunderbird users should upgrade to the current version 62.0.3) that addresses several security flaws.

Problem: We currently experience issues with our DSZ Email service (dszonline). Mail downloads are either very slow or not possible. This affects email clients as well as webmail users (roundcube.intermedia.net).
Solution: Our Email provider has been notified and is trying to resolve the issue.
Update: All Systems are back to normal

To all Investigators who use the Dszonline Email System:
Due to increased SPAM activities we increased the sensitivity level of our SPAM Filter. This should reduce the number of SPAM emails significantly.
There is however a rare chance that legitimate Emails are being flagged as SPAM. Please notify me if Emails are missing and can NOT be found in your Junk Mail Folder.
