During the current Email migration we might experience server and connection issues. If you are having problems, please use the webmail console via https://www.intermedia.net/login to access your email.
To connect your mobile (iOS, Android) and desktop mail client (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail) you must update the server settings. The server information has changed from mail15.intermedia.net to mail084-va-1.exch084.serverdata.net. In general there is no need to re-install the mail account.

Currently there are Spam Email circulating that use old usernames or passwords and threaten to expose users of Porn sites.
Do NOT engage or reply to any of the senders and threats. More information about the current blackmailing Emails can be found here.

DC Office Service Interruption: The Arlington office will move to a new location. The move date is scheduled for April 28th, 2018. Effective April 30, 2018, our new suite number will be 170. We will experience disruptions in our internet/telephone service starting April 26, 2018.

Software Updates: Mozilla Thunderbird users should upgrade to the current version 62.0.3) that addresses several security flaws.

Problem: We currently experience issues with our DSZ Email service (dszonline). Mail downloads are either very slow or not possible. This affects email clients as well as webmail users (roundcube.intermedia.net).
Solution: Our Email provider has been notified and is trying to resolve the issue.
Update: All Systems are back to normal
